I used to work at one...<BR/><BR/> There was the memorable day (thankfully, BEFORE I started working for 'em), where the morning shift found EVERY flat surface covered in maggots. Manager closed for cleaning, and promptly got reamed by regional management for closing.<BR/><BR/> She was supposed to open the restaurant with maggots all over.<BR/><BR/> Once (during my tenure), I came in to be told "don't eat ANYTHING not prepackaged". <BR/><BR/> Seems that all the chocobolo had been delivered after it's "kill" date (meaning it should already be thrown away). Adding insult to injury, the coolers were broken: the chocobolo was turning green.
